GOOD DAY TO ALL. MAY THIS DAY BE THE BEST FIRST DAY OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!
While working in Iraq for the past seven (7) years as an independent contractor living in a house full of Iraqis – I was the only American in the house – I had plenty of time to read and study as much as I could about the medical marijuana business in California and other States. During my studies on the subject, two (2) very basic fundamental issues that should be at the fore front of every one who is a grower, behind the counter in a dispensary or managing a co-op/collective seems to be oblivious to: Security and expansion of the patient base. Based on my time in Iraq, I am uniquely qualified to provide assistance in both areas. Let’s look at each issue very briefly;

As I stated before, I lived in Iraq for seven (7) years as the only American in the house full of Iraqis. I also drove myself all around the country and the region without any formal security team. In that type of situation, one learns to make sure that his personal security contains proper planning, proper equipment and most of all, a proper plan – that is constantly reviewed and updated as the threat environment changes – that would include at a minimum of three (3) layers of security before anyone could get near me or the house or my vehicle. All plans and equipment utilized were non-lethal and I never, repeat, never had a breach of my security.
Taking the extensive knowledge learned in a very hostile environment (Iraq) I can put those skills to work insuring that your outdoor and indoor crops are properly and tightly secured. I can also insure that your dispensary is theft proof and that those team members in the dispensary are safe and secure at all times. All of the dispensary security procedures can usually, depending on the size and complexity of the layout of the space can be put in place during the course of one (1) evening.
I can also provide you with a very simple way of making sure that the only people who are sold your product are those that hold a valid license.
I can also provide you with very simple and cost effective ways of moving your plants from the farm to the dispensary as well as move your daily cash proceeds to the bank.
If you remember nothing else from my intro piece on security, remember this; by the time “ADT” or some other “24 hour monitoring service” notifies you that your dispensary has been broken into all they are doing is telling you that by the time you get to the dispensary or the police show up, the thieves are long gone with commodities that can easily be sold on the street as they are non-traceable. After all your hard work, time, effort and capital spent to grow your product and get it to the dispensary, you neglected to pay attention to your security – all your security across the board – only to have it taken from you. Does that remotely make sense?
EXPANSION
Expanding your patient/client base is much simpler than most people think – if you are willing to think out of the box and utilize low key marketing techniques that I can teach you, that are cost effective and will provide you with a high rate of return for each dollar spent, I can assist you grow your business in a professional manner that is based upon client satisfaction as that is exactly what I did in Iraq – I taught Iraqi businessmen and women how to start, run, expand, market, keep up with their records and most of all keep their clients happy.
